Terms of Use

Effective: October 13, 2026 · Choyeon (X-NAV)

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using PingClab (https://pingclab.com, the "Service"), a Japan trip planner operated by Choyeon (X-NAV) ("we"), and the rights and obligations of you and us.

2. Definitions

3. Acceptance and changes

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. We may update them within the limits of applicable law and will post changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that adversely affect you). If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account.

4. The Service

We provide the following free of charge:

5. Sign-in and accounts

Saving itineraries and community features (publishing, likes, copies, comments, reports, notifications) require signing in with Google. Use only your own Google account; you are responsible for it. To delete your account, email contact@pingclab.com. Deleting your account also deletes your saved itineraries.

6. Accuracy of travel information

Opening hours, closing days, prices, travel times, cost estimates, exchange rates and photos are for reference only. They come from external sources such as Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and Wikimedia, and from our own estimates, and may differ from reality. Always check official information from the venue or partner before visiting or booking. If you find an error, let us know and we will review and correct it.

7. Affiliate links and bookings

  1. The Service contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission from partners when you book through them, at no extra cost to you.
  2. Bookings, payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are transactions between you and the partner. We are not a party to them, and the partner's terms apply.
  3. Please contact the partner's customer service for booking issues. We will help where we reasonably can, such as pointing you to the right contact.

8. Saved and shared itineraries

  1. Saved itineraries are shared via a unique link and can be viewed by anyone who has it. Do not include your own or others' personal information in titles or notes.
  2. You are responsible for the content of your itineraries. We may remove or block sharing of itineraries that are unlawful, infringe others' rights, contain obscene or hateful content, or are advertising or spam.
  3. We may analyze itinerary data in a form that does not identify individuals to improve the Service.

8-2. Community and comments

  1. Members can choose a nickname and publish saved itineraries to the community. Published itineraries can be viewed by anyone, signed in or not, together with the nickname; Google account names and photos are not shown. You can unpublish at any time from My Page.
  2. When another user copies a published itinerary with "Copy to my plans", the copy becomes that user's itinerary. Unpublishing or deleting the original does not delete copies already made.
  3. Comments are visible to anyone together with the commenter's nickname. Commenters are responsible for what they post and must not include personal information such as contact details.
  4. Comments can be deleted by the commenter, by the member who published the itinerary, and by us. Deleting an itinerary also deletes its comments.
  5. Users can report published itineraries and comments; reporters are not revealed to the other party. If a report or our own review shows that content falls under Section 8(2) or Section 9, we may delete comments or unpublish itineraries without prior notice, and may restrict community use by members who repeat such conduct.
  6. Members keep the rights to their posts. Members allow us to display, sort and search their posts within the Service; this permission ends when the member deletes or unpublishes the post.

9. Your obligations

You must not:

10. Intellectual property and attribution

We own the rights to the Service's design, software, itinerary generation method, and the place information and tips we compile. You may freely use and share the itineraries you create for personal purposes.

Third-party content belongs to its owners and is attributed under its license:

11. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. We will announce significant changes in advance, and give at least 30 days' notice before shutting down the Service. In unavoidable cases such as maintenance, outages, or interruptions of external services (e.g. Google), we may notify you afterwards.

12. Limitation of liability

  1. As the Service is provided free of charge, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for:
    • Losses caused by errors in external data or changes in local conditions (e.g. closures, price changes, transport delays)
    • Losses arising from bookings, payments or refunds between you and a partner
    • Losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or outages of external services
    • Losses resulting from you sharing an itinerary link with others
    • Losses resulting from relying on itineraries or comments published by other users
  2. This section does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; if litigation is needed, it will be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
